2. What lurk.me Is
lurk.me is a website builder and social publishing platform. It lets people create simple personal pages, share links, post text and media, and connect with others.
3. Who Can Use lurk.me
You must be at least 13 years old to use lurk.me. If the law where you live requires you to be older to use online services like this, you may only use lurk.me if you meet that age requirement or have permission from a parent or guardian where allowed.
4. Your Account

- malware, harmful code, or tools meant to disrupt systems,
- spam or abusive automation,
- content that encourages serious violence or other illegal activity.

8. Platform Abuse Is Not Allowed
You may not:
- interfere with or damage lurk.me,
- try to bypass limits, restrictions, or security measures,
- scrape or collect data from the service without permission,
- use bots or automation in a way that harms the platform or other users,
- overload, probe, reverse engineer, or test the service in a disruptive way.
9. Moderation and Enforcement
We may review, remove, restrict, disable, preserve, or refuse content or accounts if we believe it is necessary to:
- enforce these Terms or our policies,
- protect users, rights holders, or the platform,
- investigate abuse or security issues,
- comply with the law, legal requests, or court orders.
We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate our rules.
10. Copyright Complaints
We respond to copyright complaints and counter-notices under our Copyright / DMCA Policy.
If you believe content on lurk.me infringes your copyright, please follow the instructions on our Copyright / DMCA page.
If you repeatedly post infringing content, your account may be suspended or terminated.
11. Reporting Problems
If you see content or behavior that may violate our rules, please report it to us at support@inicial.co.
If you are reporting copyright infringement, use dmca@inicial.co instead.
12. Our Service and Our Rights
lurk.me, including our software, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law.
These Terms do not give you ownership of our service or any rights to use our name, branding, code, or design except as needed to use the service normally.
