Violations of these rules result in immediate account termination, content removal, and potential reporting to authorities.

Prevention Measures

To safeguard our community and prevent underage access:

Age Restrictions: Users must confirm they are 18+ during signup. We enforce this through verification methods, including age checks and monitoring for suspicious activity.
Moderation Tools: Our team uses a combination of automated systems (e.g., AI detection for age-related flags) and human review to monitor profiles, messages, and content.
User Education: During onboarding, we inform users about our child safety policies and encourage responsible behavior.

Reporting Process

We make it easy for users to report child safety concerns directly in the app:

Tap the "Report" button on any profile you're in contact with.
Select the reason "Underage".

Reports are prioritized and reviewed promptly by our moderation team. For any assistance, please contact Support.

Actions Taken on Reports

Upon receiving a report:

We investigate quickly, typically within 24 hours.
If a violation is confirmed, we remove the content, preserve evidence as needed, and ban the account.
In cases involving CSAM or imminent harm, we report to relevant authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the U.S. or local law enforcement equivalents worldwide.

We comply with all mandatory reporting requirements under applicable laws.
